About Rx Refills

For patients who received prescriptions at a hospital:

  • If you are currently in the hospital, please call the hospital nurses’ station.
  • If you have been discharged from the hospital, please contact your primary care physician physician.

For patients who received prescriptions at a CCPC clinic:

  • For refills, call (303) 745-0000.
  • Do not wait until you are out of medication to call. It is your responsibility to notify the office in a timely manner when refills are necessary.
  • Approval of your refill may take up to 3 business days.
  • It is important to keep your scheduled appointments to ensure you receive timely refills. If you are unable to keep your appointment you may be required to wait until your next appointment to receive a refill.
  • We do not fill controlled or narcotic medications. Please contact your primary care physician or pain specialist.

After hours refills:

  • Please contact us on the next business day if you find yourself out of medication after hours.
